Join us for a special Japanese-fare-inspired cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!
Under the guidance of Chef Nikki, you will learn how to fold and fill their own savory pork and mushroom gyozas while watching a live demonstration of Chef Nikki’s rich bourbon teriyaki dipping sauce. Guests will then dive into the art of sushi-making and create fresh spicy ahi tuna uramaki rolls and classic Philadelphia makizushi rolls. To end the night on a sweet note, every guest will enjoy a freshly baked matcha white chocolate chip cookie!
Throughout the evening, enjoy fun team trivia challenges with prizes, discover the fascinating history behind Japanese sushi culture, sip, laugh, learn, and make memories in a one-of-a-kind interactive dining experience.
