Cooking with Spirits

Join us for a special Italian-fare-inspired interactive cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!

Under the guidance of Chef Nikki, guests will learn the art of fresh pasta from scratch while preparing Tagliatelle Carbonara. Guests will roll and hand-cut their own tagliatelle before preparing a rich, flavorful Parmesan Bourbon Carbonara Sauce featuring crispy pancetta and rapini. Vegetarian option available.

No Italian feast is complete without something sweet. For dessert, each guest will make classic Italian cannoli, learning how to prepare and shape their own cannoli shells before filling them with a traditional sweet, creamy Italian filling and toppings!

Tickets include a drink token for your choice of a craft cocktail!
