Join us for a special Italian-fare-focused cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!

Under the guidance of Chef Nikki, you will learn how to make handmade fresh agnolotti filled with a delicious vegetarian acorn squash & ricotta mix or a braised beef & ricotta filling. Guests will learn how to make a “burro bruno e salvia”, a brown butter and sage sauce that Chef Nikki will demonstrate how to take this elevated sauce up a notch by infusing it with ASW Fiddler Bourbon! For dessert you will indulge in Italys most famous dessert, tiramisu!

Tickets include your choice of agnolotti, handmade silky Tiramisu, and a drink token for a specialty craft cocktail inspired by Italian flavors!

This class is open to all skill levels and groups! Please arrive 10 minutes early.
