Don't miss the final release of our one-of-a-kind Single Malt Bourbon, Fiddler Syncopation!
This event will be open to the public, but tickets will secure your bottle of this historic HAZMAT bourbon, bottled at over 140 proof, with limited bottles available and a limit of 3 per person.
"Syncopation" is the musical practice of shifting the placement of rhythmic accents to where they wouldn’t ordinarily occur. An avid devotee of syncopation rich old-time Southern music, Master Distiller and fiddler Justin Manglitz has pushed across the beat to bring whiskey drinkers a dram like no other. Fiddler Syncopation is at once a Bourbon, a Single Malt, and a corn whiskey. This product takes the time honored Appalachian tradition of spirits distilled solely from Maize, while using 100% malted corn then aging it to perfection as a Bourbon in new white oak barrels.

Join us for a very special guided tasting featuring ASW Distillery's award-winning whiskey paired with chocolate from Atlanta's bean-to-bar craft chocolatier, XOCOLATL! The perfect way to celebrate dad before Father’s Day!
Enjoy two of your favorite things pair together as we taste various single origin chocolates and whiskey styles. You will try 4 variations of whiskey (bourbon, rye, a double malt, and a single malt) and 4 expressions of dark chocolate.

Bourbon & Brew Tour Experience

We've partnered with SweetWater Brewing for a special collaborative experience, the Bourbon & Brew Tour Experience, to celebrate two unique products and the processes behind making them!
After we harvested and released our Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon, we sent the white oak barrel used for aging with staves of Georgia white oak toasted on a Big Green Egg over to SweetWater Brewing. SweetWater crafted a unique IPA and aged this special beer in the used bourbon cask. The result is a complex and wonderfully unique aged IPA.
Join us for this experience that includes a tour of the whiskey distillery starting at ASW Distillery, a tasting of Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon on the tour, and a drink token for a drink of your choice. We will have tours at 1 PM, 3 PM, & 5 PM and you can select your preferred time at checkout. You can use your drink token for a pour or a craft cocktail. You can also add-on a bottle at checkout!
After the tour, when you are ready, you will walk across the street to our neighbors at the SweetWater Brewery taproom. Here you will receive a token for a beer of your choice, a tour of the brewery, and a cobranded frosted 16 oz cup to take home! SweetWater will be hosting their brewery tours at 2 PM, 4 PM, & 6 PM and you can join any that work best for you.

Join us for a special Italian Summer themed Cookie Decorating class led by Emily from Emily's Cookieverse!
During this festive class, you will be provided with 5 different shapes of sugar cookies, 3 different colored bags of royal icing, and decorative sprinkles. Emily will teach you how to decorate cookies step-by-step and share all her techniques, tips, and tricks during this interactive experience.
A ticket includes a drink token for a craft cocktail of your choice! All the supplies you need to create your own Instagram worthy cookies will be provided! You will also be provided with supplies to take your cookies home.
You are guaranteed to leave this class with a smile, delicious cookies, and the skills to impress friends and family with your cookie decorating skills.

Barrel Tour + Tasting

The ASW Barrel Tour takes you on an in-depth tour of our whiskey distillery and one of our barrel warehouses. On this tour, you will hear the history behind ASW, and learn about the distillation and aging processes while enjoying 3 tastings of our award-winning spirits. Throughout this hour-long walking tour, you will see our beautiful double copper pot stills, hundreds of barrels full of aging whiskey, and you will even get to taste a barrel proof sample.

Distillery Cocktail Class

Each guest will enjoy their own fully equipped bar station, complete with tools and ingredients to craft cocktails hands-on. Over the course of the class, you’ll mix and savor three unique cocktails featuring our award-winning spirits—including whiskey, vodka, and gin—while learning the fundamentals of bartending and the art of balance in cocktail building.
This is an excellent monthly experience for individuals, couples, or groups looking to share something memorable together.

Distillery Tour

This behind the scenes tour is designed for whiskey newcomers, whiskey lovers, and everyone in between. On our Distillery Tour, you will learn the history behind ASW, how our award-winning whiskey is mashed, fermented, and then distilled on our beautiful double copper pot stills, and enjoy a taste of our Resurgens Rye. Tours also include a tasting pour of any of our spirits or a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice after the tour. Stay and enjoy cocktails or straight pours in our tasting room (not included in tour price).
