Get a behind-the-scenes look at the barrel aging process and see more than 1,000 barrels in our Rickhouse (a warehouse used to store barrels of aging whiskey). One of our experienced whiskey guides will lead your group through a tasting of 2 pours of our best selling spirits while you learn the importance of a barrel in the whiskey making process, and hear the history behind ASW. Guests will even get to taste a barrel proof sample and will receive a souvenir Glencairn whiskey glass.
*As this tour is in our Rickhouse facility, please note that part of the building is not climate controlled, so please dress accordingly for the season.

Exchange Cocktail Class

Join us for an interactive cocktail class, hosted monthly by ASW Whiskey Exchange’s Lead Mixologist!
Each guest will enjoy their own fully equipped bar station, complete with tools and ingredients to craft cocktails hands-on. Over the course of the class, you’ll mix and savor three unique cocktails featuring our award-winning spirits—including whiskey, vodka, and gin—while learning the fundamentals of bartending and the art of balance in cocktail building.
This engaging class is designed with plenty of time for fun, conversation, and connection, making it an excellent experience for individuals, couples, or groups looking to share something memorable together.

Join us for a special cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!
Under the guidance of Chef Nikki, you will learn varying cooking skills, depending on the menu theme of each class. You will learn how to prepare an entrée of your choice and a dessert. Each class will utilize our award-winning spirits in one of the elements of the menu. Tickets include your choice of a craft cocktail to kickoff the experience.
This unique class is perfect for date nights or a fun night out and is open to all skill levels and groups!

In this guided class, you will learn essential piping techniques, smooth frosting finishes, and Lambeth vintage designs while decorating your own 6 inch cake to take home, no experience needed!
Whether it's date night, girls night, friends night out, or for solo self-care, this experience is perfect for those looking to have their cake and eat it too! Please arrive 15 minutes early. We hope to see you there!
