Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon

Big Green Egg and ASW Distillery — two Atlanta-based brands known for their dedication to quality— have joined forces to create something truly extraordinary: a bourbon defined by precision, passion, and purpose.

Six barrels are a double-oaked version of our patented high-wheat mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. The remaining two are single-oaked, featuring a bold high-wheat recipe of 64% corn, 24% wheat, and 12% malted barley - making the perfect blended batch.

Each barrel in every eight barrel batch is finished on 15+ hand-harvested Georgia white oak heartwood staves.

We season the wood outdoors for up to two years before toasting it pit-master style on a Big Green Egg over an oak and hickory charcoal blend directly above the coals, at an elevation that creates a rich toast profile with a delicate char layer. Bottled at 100 proof to ensure the robust profile carries through, each batch is approximately 6 years old.
