Infusions 101

Ready to level up your home bar? Join us at ASW at the Battery  ATL for Infusions 101, an interactive, hands-on class where you’ll learn the art of spirit infusions.

This guided experience will teach you how to transform vodka with fresh fruits, herbs, spices, and botanicals for bold, balanced flavor. You will taste three liqueurs, and select the option that you would like to make. The options for this class are:

- Limoncello
- Coffee Liqueur
- Elderflower & Orange Liqueur

Our team will guide you step-by-step through preparing your ingredients and creating your infusion jar to take home. You will receive a liter of our award-winning Bustletwon Vodka to add at home to create your liqueur.  Specific instructions for finishing your infusion will be included on a a recipe card for the liqueur, as well as cocktail recipes using your selection.

A cocktail demonstration using a house-made infusion will be provided to show how to incorporate your creations into balanced drinks. You will also receive a cocktail using your selected liqueur that you can take with you for a tour of our clear spirits distillation facility.
