Join us to celebrate Big Green Egg's National Cookout Day and the latest collaboration between two innovative Georgia-born favorites - Big Green Egg & ASW Distillery! We will be open to the public for this event, but tickets purchased will reserve your bottle(s)!

We will have two releases of Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon available, both featuring high-wheat bourbons finished with Georgia White Oak heartwood staves that were toasted on a Big Green Egg. Both the Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon: 100 Proof and the Fiddler Heartwood Big Green Egg Bourbon: & Ham releases were “double oaked” and finished with GA White Oak staves hand-harvested, seasoned, and smoked on a Big Green Egg before being added into the barrels.

•Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon: 100 Proof - This batch is comprised of two different high-wheat bourbon mashbills, proofed down to 100 proof. We used 6 barrels of the 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley mashbill, that was previously used for our experimental single barrel release collaborations with Big Green Egg, as well as 2 barrels of our 64% corn, 24% wheat, and 12% malted barley mashbill. These barrels then each had GA White Oak staves toasted on a Big Green Egg and added into the barrel by our Master Distiller.

•Fiddler GA Heartwood Big Green Egg Bourbon: & Ham Release - This was the last of the limited single barrel releases of our Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon with Big Green Egg. This release saw GA White Oak staves that were toasted by the Big Green Egg team directly following the smoking of a ham on the same grill. They brought these staves (& lunch) over to our production team to add into a barrel of high-wheat bourbon(51%corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barely mashbill). This one-of-a-kind single barrel release was bottled at cask-strength.

At the event, Chef Frazier Bagwell of MooCoo Group (Cypress Street Pint & Plate) will be demonstrating the art of pizza-making on a Big Green Egg at 1 PM & 2 PM.  Delicious hand-made pizza samples will be available, while they last!
