    Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon

    Triple-oaked wheated bourbon, finished on staves that we hand-harvest in north Georgia, season for years and hand-char before adding to the barrel for the final few months of aging.

  • Fiddler Wheated Bourbon

    Our flagship wheated bourbon with 2x the wheat of other wheated bourbons. A portion of each batch is rebarreled into a second barrel, or “double oaked”. Routinely beats 7-10 year old bourbons in blind taste tests.

  • Fiddler Toasted Rye

    Double-oaked, high-rye, finished in toasted barrels. All batch details are listed on the label. With tasting notes of honey and vanilla, it earned a Double Platinum at the 2024 ASCOT Awards.

  • Fiddler Soloist Bourbon

    Our four-grain, high-malt, double-copper-pot distilled bourbon – it’s a perfect after-dinner sipper with notes of chocolate. The use of pot stills leads to a more robust, flavorful bourbon.

    The Chin Music project started when the Braves – including their CEO, Derek Schiller – worked with us to select a barrel of bourbon for their own private collection shortly after we opened our distillery & tasting room at The Battery ATL.   • Winterville Gin

    Named for Winterville, Georgia, near one of our founders’ hometowns, this gin softens traditional juniper with bright citrus and floral notes—highlighting marigold, the town’s signature flower.

  • Fiddler Big Green Egg

    The journey to Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon begins in new, charred, American white oak barrels. Georgia white oak staves harvested each winter by Master Distiller Justin Manglitz are seasoned then carefully smoked on the Big Green Egg, indirectly and directly, using Big Green Egg Oak and Hickory charcoal.

    Fiddler Antique is our oldest high-wheat bourbon—at least 8 years old—crafted from the hottest parts of our rickhouse and hand-selected through a rigorous single-barrel screening process. Its rich, full-bodied character reflects the perfect balance of heat, time, and craftsmanship.

    Fiddler Antique is our oldest high-rye bourbon—at least 8 years old—drawn from the hottest parts of our rickhouse and meticulously hand-selected through a rigorous single-barrel screening process. Its mash bill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley and its bold, spice-forward profile showcases the depth and intensity that only time and heat can create.

  • Duality Double Malt

    Georgia's 1st-Ever Double Gold Medal Whiskey, the world's 1st whiskey to mash, ferment & distill malted rye and malted barley in the same batch. It drinks like a rye, with the finish of a smoky single malt.

  • Fiddler Toasted Bourbon

    Double-oaked, high-wheat bourbon that is finished in toasted barrels and full of toasted marshmallow and pecan pie tasting notes. By varying the toast level and amount of time in the barrel, each batch differs.

  • Fiddler Syncopation Bourbon

    Fiddler Syncopation is the world's first and perhaps only Single Malt Bourbon, distilled in the old Appalachian style on ASW's Vendome double copper pot stills from 100% malted "Bloody Butcher" corn, a hallowed heirloom corn varietal, malted in North Carolina.
